When arriving to Hawaii, for your very first

trip to the islands, you may wonder if this is some

form of modern day Garden of Eden. This lush

tropical paradise will captivate all your senses.

One of the first examples of Hawaii's different

approach is that many resorts have no doors

entering or exiting the lobby.  They are open air

and the temperature appears to have been set to

"perfect" by Mother Nature. The aroma of fragrant

flowers abound, and you'll notice there aren't many

frowns, whether it's a tourist or a local, everyone is

infected with a Hawaiian sense of all is well in the world.

There are plenty of activities on the islands, from simply relaxing

to sightseeing. If you are a more active traveler, Hawaii has

excellent scuba diving, sailing, hiking, or swimming.

Hawaii attracts visitors from around the world so don't be

surprised to find yourself seated next to someone from a

different country than yours.
